Hotel & Resort Development

Stand Rock Hospitality is a well-respected leader in the management, acquisition and development of hotel and resort properties in the U.S. Throughout the course of each development project we will bring both ownership perspective and hotel management expertise to every step of the planning and decision-making process. Stand Rock Hospitality will oversee the entire new build and expansion development process, including master planning and land use entitlements, franchise selection and license negotiation, environmental and technical planning, zoning, permitting and government approvals, building design and engineering, construction management, pre-opening management and marketing, FF&E procurement and installation, and post-opening management. We pride ourselves on providing turnkey design and construction solutions for our investors, partners and owners, delivering unique and custom hotel, resort and entertainment assets on time and on budget.

Property Improvement Plans

The physical condition of a hotel or resort property is a critical determinant of operating performance and market value. Property Improvement Plans (PIP), capital expenditure decisions and re-branding decisions need to be carefully weighed by hotel owners. These decisions must be strategic and expertly executed in order to maximize operating performance, market value, and return on investment at the time of sale. Stand Rock Hospitality can assess the PIP, oversee budget and design concept, contractor selection, FF&E procurement and installation, and monitor the entire capital improvement plan from start to finish.

Receivership Services

Stand Rock Hospitality’s expertise and experience allows us to extend exceptional hotel receivership services for distressed properties. We will work diligently to stabilize the appointed asset and reposition the hotel for maximum recovery value. With hands on management, a sensitivity to employee morale and minimal operational disruption, we will implement necessary changes and manage the asset with the same philosophy, focusing on employee retention, guest services, revenue enhancement and brand compliance, as if were our own, ultimately reducing the lenders risk as much as possible.
