Operations

Central Reservations

Stand Rock Hospitality’s corporate office and call center is based in Wisconsin Dells. There are a number of touch points guests receive before they even step foot in your property. One of these touch points is through our central reservations. Our highly trained team will serve as your brand ambassadors and support your property by answering questions, educating guests of on-site amenities, and, ultimately, booking reservations and driving revenue through our call center.

Human Resources

In an industry that relies heavily on customer service, Stand Rock Hospitality believes in hiring the best candidates to represent your property. We will manage the HR functions of your property with professionalism, confidentiality and empathy. This includes employee relations, payroll, benefits, property liability insurance and government reporting and compliance. Purchasing

Stand Rock Hospitality will provide a financial advantage to your purchasing process for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E). Our industry experience combined with our vendor relationships will leverage competitive pricing for you, from independent boutique hotels and 1,000-plus room resorts to internationally franchised properties.

Marketing, Sales & Public Relations

We will create a strategic marketing plan designed to increase sales and revenue for your property. From introducing a new property to providing a fresh approach on a mature property, our goal is the same: To create brand loyalty and increase revenue. We specialize in both franchise hotel marketing with brand standards to waterpark resorts with independently branded marketing. We also understand the power of PR.
